      HOW TO USE:
       
      Apply to lashes from base to tip in smooth even strokes until desired look is achieved. You can arch your lashes before applying it. To remove, use warm water with slight pressure.
      Apply to brows alone for a natural look or on top of eyebrow color as a top coat to set the look.
